Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using GrowthWingman, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Trial and billing
The 14-day free trial requires no payment method. After the trial, the Services are paused unless a card is added. Base subscription is $297/month plus metered usage at $0.50/call-minute and $0.10/text. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis in arrears for usage and in advance for base.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or applicable state laws. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from your customers before initiating outreach via your wingman.
4. AI disclosure and recording
You agree that your wingman will disclose its AI nature to callers as required by applicable law, and you authorize call recording in accordance with state two-party consent requirements.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
