Do I need a credit card to sign up? +
No. We never ask for a card to start your trial. You only pay if you choose to continue past day 14.
How fast is setup? +
Under 5 minutes. Sign up, find your business in our search, then forward your existing phone number to your new wingman number. We send you carrier-specific instructions.
How do I forward my phone? +
We provide instructions for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and most VoIP services on our forwarding help page. Most owners are forwarded in under 2 minutes. Stuck? Schedule a free setup call.
What about my callers' privacy? +
Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings are retained 90 days unless you change it. We're TCPA-compliant by default.
What about TCPA / SMS compliance? +
Your wingman uses pre-registered 10DLC numbers, includes opt-out language on every outbound text, and only contacts customers who've opted in.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
You can export every contact, conversation, and recording at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Does it integrate with my industry-specific software? +
Roadmap, not v1. v1 covers calls, texts, calendar booking, and reactivation. Industry integrations (Dentrix, ServiceTitan, etc.) are coming.
What if I need to talk to a real person? +
You can have your wingman transfer any caller to your phone live. Or schedule a setup call with us anytime — we'll walk you through customization.
