Why do I need the platform if I'm only hiring one Wingman?

Because the Wingman has nothing to fly without it. The phone number, the inbox, the calendar, the knowledge base, the brand voice — that's the Hangar. A Wingman without the Hangar is a pilot without a plane.
What happens if I cancel?

Month to month, cancel any time. We export your contacts, your conversation history, and your Flight Log as a clean CSV bundle. Your phone number can port out to any carrier. Nothing's locked up.
Can I plug Growth Wingman into my existing GoWingman Platform account?

Not yet. The platform is a fresh account we provision so we can guarantee it works and stays up to date. If you're an agency or already deep in our platform, get in touch and we'll talk options.
Is this just a GoWingman Platform account with a markup?

Honestly, that's part of it — our platform is the backbone. But the platform is also the Wingman runtime, the Flight Bag, the Brand Voice trainer, the Flight Log, our monitoring, our support, our updates. You're paying for the whole hangar, not just the rent on the building.
Does the Wingman setup fee apply to the platform too?

No. The platform has no setup fee. You only pay setup once per Wingman you hire — that covers the deployment, brand-voice training, integrations, and first 30 days of monitoring for that Wingman.
What happens to my data if I leave?
