What does it actually cost per message? +

Meta charges per conversation, not per message — and rates vary by category (utility, marketing, authentication) and country. US utility conversations are ~$0.014, marketing ~$0.025. These pass through your wallet at our standard rate (plus 5% Stripe fee). The $25/mo is just the subscription enablement.

Do I need a Meta Business Manager account? +

Yes. You (or we, if you want help) walk through Meta's verification flow — uploading your business documents, verifying your phone number, agreeing to WhatsApp's commerce policy. It takes 1-2 business days.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number? +

Only if it's not currently used in the consumer WhatsApp app. You either port an unused number from a SIM, port out from another BSP, or request a new dedicated WhatsApp number during setup.

How do I cancel? +

From your billing portal — billing stops at the end of the cycle, and the WhatsApp channel goes inactive (existing threads stay archived in our platform for the record).
