our platform ships standard workflow actions (send SMS, wait, branch on tag) and premium ones (Decision Maker = AI-routed branching, sentiment scoring on inbound messages, intent classification, summarization, translation). Premium actions cost per-execution but unlock the smart workflow logic that several Wingmen rely on under the hood — Stella's review classification, Hammerhead's complaint detection, Loop-de-Loop's VIP scoring. The $15/mo is the subscription enablement; per-execution fees ($0.01-0.05 per action depending on type) pass through your wallet.

With Premium Actions on, Stella uses Decision Maker to read the review text and branch — 5-star and 4-star get auto-replies, 3-star and under get drafted-and-held for owner approval. Without Premium Actions, the branching has to happen via call-outs to our renderer (slower + more setup).

Bilingual inbox

Half your inbound messages come in Spanish.

Premium Actions auto-translate incoming Spanish messages to English in the conversation view (with the original preserved). Your team replies in English, the workflow translates back to Spanish on send.

Some Wingmen run fully without it (Mia, Harper basic chase). Others (Stella's review classifier, Hammerhead's sentiment escalation, Loop-de-Loop's VIP scoring) are noticeably better with Premium Actions on. We'll tell you which of your Wingmen actually benefit.

What's the per-execution cost? +

$0.01-0.05 per action depending on type. A Decision Maker step costs ~$0.02, sentiment detection ~$0.01. For a typical small business, monthly usage runs $5-20 on top of the $15 subscription.

Is this included in AI Unlimited? +

No — AI Unlimited covers Voice AI + Conversation AI + Reviews + Content. Premium Workflow Actions are a separate our platform product line with separate billing. The two add-ons stack.

Can I cancel? +

Yes, from your billing portal. Cancelling reverts the affected workflows to standard branching (slightly less smart, but still works).
